I'm Dr. Jen
Mom of three teen girls, a partner of 26 years, and the owner of a group counseling practice for close to 23 years.
I help you move eager people from insecure, untrusting, and unsure spaces (often characterized as anxiety, depression, and loneliness) into a more Secure Inner Attachment.
Even as a veteran mental health counselor and 14 years of higher education, I've had my challenges. Along the way, I sank into debilitating depression, experienced crippling grief and loss, grew my business, and managed anxiety that came from out of nowhere (not all in that order). Daily, I figure out ways to live my best, happy, secure life amidst all that.
