Welcome to the Secure Self Love Hub (formerly Self Love Hub). By accessing or using our membership platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Access

• The Secure Self Love Hub is a membership platform offering self-development content, community discussions, and online courses focused on attachment and belonging.
• Membership is open to adults aged 18 and over.
• Membership plans include:
  • Monthly: $25 per month
  • Yearly: $199 per year
  • Trial offers may be available at specific times, as determined by promotions.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Members may receive a full refund within the first 15 days of purchase.
• After 15 days, memberships can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
• Upon cancellation, members will lose access to all materials and community features immediately.
• Members will receive 30 days' notice to download any material they wish to keep if the Secure Self Love Hub is altered, changed, or discontinued.

2. Content Usage & Intellectual Property

• All materials in the Secure Self Love Hub, including PDFs, worksheets, videos, and other content, are copyrighted and belong to I Choose Change, PLLC.
• Redistribution, reproduction, repurposing, or resale of any content without express permission is strictly prohibited.
• Members may download materials for personal use only.

3. Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct

The Secure Self Love Hub thrives on respectful, supportive, and meaningful interactions. By participating in discussions and community spaces, members agree to:

• Engage in discussions with kindness and openness.
• No harassment, hate speech, self-promotion, or discriminatory behavior of any kind.
• Violating these guidelines will result in immediate removal from community groups without notice or refund.

4. Payments & Subscription Terms

• All payments are auto-renewed according to the chosen membership plan.
• Members can manage or cancel their membership through Kajabi at:
  Secure Self Love Hub Settings.
• To cancel or update billing information, members may:
  • Update settings directly in Kajabi.
  • Email [email protected] for assistance.
• If a payment fails:
  • We will reach out via email for an update.
  • If the payment is not resolved within 30 days, the membership will be deleted.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

• While the Secure Self Love Hub is owned and operated by a licensed therapist, participation in the hub does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
• No content on this site should be considered personal therapy or medical advice.
• Members are responsible for their own well-being and should consult a licensed professional for individual therapy or medical concerns.

6. Privacy & Data Use

• The Secure Self Love Hub collects name, email, address, and payment information for membership purposes.
• Data is stored on a secure server with Kajabi.
• Payment data is encrypted, and I Choose Change PLLC does not have direct access to members' financial details.
• We do not sell or share members' personal data.

7. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed.
• Members will be notified of any changes via email and the community site.
