This week-long Social Emotional Learning (SEL) camp is designed to help children grow from the inside out—building confidence, emotional awareness, and strong, healthy relationships in a fun and supportive environment.
Each day focuses on a core life skill, guiding kids through hands-on activities, movement, creativity, and connection:
- Self-Awareness – understanding emotions and building a strong sense of self
- Self-Management – learning how to regulate emotions and handle challenges
- Decision-Making & Boundaries – making safe, thoughtful choices and respecting personal limits
- Social Awareness – developing empathy, kindness, and respect for others
- Relationship Skills – building friendships, communication, and connection
Throughout the week, kids will engage in a mix of art, movement, mindfulness, play-based learning, and therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, ACT-informed)—all designed to help them:
- Express emotions in healthy ways
- Improve communication with peers and adults
- Build confidence and flexibility in thinking
- Strengthen friendships and social skills
- Feel more regulated, calm, and in control
