ADHD Parent Education Class

The entire 6-week session will give you:

• Practical strategies you can start using at home immediately 
  A workbook with practical tools you can take home and use now
• A deeper understanding of how ADHD impacts your child (and your parenting)
• The chance to connect with other parents who get it 

Class Details:

• Every Friday, February 13th-March 20th
• 12:00pm-1:30pm
• At our office located in Allen, TX
• A binder workbook and resources will be provided
• Facilitated by Christina Guess

What to Expect:

• 9 Hours of ADHD Education
• A workbook and resources will be provided to all participants.
• 20% off a 1:1 a parent intensive to dive even deeper into ADHD education with Christina Guess!

Bonus: I Choose Change also has counselors available to schedule with one on one to continue ADHD education and support after the class is completed.
